Golden Rose - Jolly Jewels (Part three of three)

Hey everyone,

Here's the final part of the Golden Rose - Jolly Jewels swatches. Since I've posted the first two parts, the Jolly Jewels collection have been popping up on (popular) webstores everywhere! Guess they finally realized how awesome this collection really is. Today I'll be showing you swatches of Jolly Jewels #113 to #117. I have to apologize for the change of lighting between swatches. It took me so long to swatch these polishes in one day that the sun gave up on me and went away lol. So the final pictures are taken in artificial lighting. You can find the first part of the swatches here and the second part here.

Click on the button below to see all the swatches of the final Jolly Jewels polishes.

Jolly Jewels #113 is a silver/red glitter polish in a pink jelly base. The red glitter is slightly bigger as the silver glitter and less abundant. This polish is very girly and cute. I used two coats in the pictures below.

Here's one coat of Jolly Jewels #113 layered over Essence - Ultimate Pink.

Jolly Jewels #114 is a mix of different shapes of glitter polish in a sheer blue base. Thhis polish really stands out for me. This is a completely different mix of glitters compared to what we've seen from the other polishes of this collection. The most abundant glitter are small blue glitters, next up yellow glitters that are slightly larger as the blue ones. There is also some very thin blue bar glitter in there and thicker copper bar glitters. I've never seen anything like this before. I think it's really cool however, this polish is meant for layering. I used four layers in the pictures below and that wasn't enough, you still can see a lot of bald spots through it.

Here's one coat of Jolly Jewels #114 layered over China Glaze - Flyin' High. MUCH better. I really like this look!

Jolly Jewels #115 is a glitter polish in several colors in a white milky base. Yes, this is a dupe for China Glaze  - It's a Trap-eze! I really really love how this looks. I use two coats in the pictures below.

Here's a comparison of Golden Rose - Jolly Jewels #115 vs China Glaze - It's a Trap-eze! CG is on my pointer and ring finger, GR on the rest of my fingers. Dead on dupes. Formula wise they are the same.

Here's one coat of Jolly Jewels #115 over OPI - Alpine Snow. I like this better than layered on it's own. I love how much brighter this looks.

Jolly Jewels #116 is a silver/black glitter polish in a red jelly base. There are silver hexagon and smallblack circular glitters in this polish. I think it's gorgeous, it reminds me of ladybugs for some reason XD. I used two coats in the pictures below. I'm sorry for the bad swatches. I really felt crappy after swatching all day. I wanted to wrap this up quickly.

Here's one coat of  Jolly Jewels #116 over one coat of Essence - Fame Fatal

Jolly Jewels #117 is a gold glitter polish in a black crelly base. There several sizes of gold glitter in this polish. I love this one, it's my favorite of this bunch.  I didnt layer these on black but I'm sure it will look awesome! I used two coats in the pictures below.

Like I previously mentioned, the Golden Rose - Jolly Jewels collection is available at several places right now, JS Internationails, Nailcentre Christine, Golden Rose, Nailpolish Fashion and Enchantra. I think there are a lot of other places but these are the ones that I know of!

I recommend using a lot of top coat on these polishes. I didnt use any for the swatches but it will make your mani so much more beautiful than it already is. Golden Rose really has stolen my heart with this collection. I can't wait to see what they're up to next! I'm buying some polishes of their Rich Color collection now, and the quality of those polishes are super good so check those out too!

  4. It's a fabulous dupe for Trapeze. I just wrote up our "I" challenge and that's the polish I picked. Can't see much of a difference between your dupe and the real thing.

I really do wish this company would get with the program and name their polishes!

PS I ADORE the Jolly Jewels you sent me. Gorgeous!!!

I'm still playing with the box of lacquers!!! At some point, I'll put up a post about it!

    Hugs!
